Bamboo Massage Candles™ are natural, from inside out. Each candle is unique, but every effort is made to ensure consistency. We take pride in our candles and your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns, exchanges and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as you received, and in its original packaging. Products opened or used are not accepted for returns/refunds. If the return is requested based on personal reason, the postal/shipping fee shall be borne by the purchaser. In that case, the returned products must be wrapped in a proper package and sent back to the specified address. We do NOT accept returns/refunds on customised products.

Please raise a return/exchange/refund request within seven (7) days from delivery. Requests will be processed within seven (7) business days upon receipt. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original payment method used.
