Your order will normally be ready for dispatch or pick-up in 5-7 days after order confirmation with successful payment.
For local orders within Hong Kong, we currently provide both shipping and pick-up services for free.
- If you opt for shipping, delivery will be arranged to your shipping address via SF Express (順豐速運).
- Free local shipping on all orders using promo code "freeshipping" at checkout
- Please note SF Express Residential and Remote Area Surcharges should be paid by recipients on delivery arrival.

- Please allow additional 1-3 business days in transit for delivery. For actual delivery information, please refer to courier's tracking website here.
- If you opt for pick-up, we will confirm pick-up details with you once your order is confirmed.

- Occasionally, pick-up locations can be adjusted to accommodate special requests. Please contact us to assist with your experience.
For international orders outside Hong Kong, delivery will be arranged to your shipping address via FedEx Express.
- Delivery fee will vary depending on your destinations and will be calculated at checkout. For orders that are to be shipped to destinations outside our delivery list, please contact us for a shipping quotation before placing your order.
